Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a partial refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the shipping date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at lgauvreau@projectlifesaver.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Project Lifesaver is not responsible for items broken during shipping. Project Lifesaver will pay return shipping for a merchandise issue within our control (i.e. wrong item, not as seller described, wrong amount, etc.).

 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Due to check-out and handling fees, we are unable to give a full refund. The refund amount will be 2.9% and $0.30 less than the purchase price. Shipping is nonrefundable.  Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your return to process your return. When getting a refund, you will receive a check in the mail to the address listed on your order. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

NOTE: Conference registration cancellations will only be refunded if the cancellation is due to a documented illness or a family/departmental emergency.

 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned:

     ●     personalized items​​

     ●     items broken during shipping

    

For defective or damaged products, please contact customer service below to arrange a refund or exchange.

     ●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.        

     ●     All product must be in the same condition that the customer received it in.

     ●    Due to COVID-19, we are unable to process the return of wearable items, such as hats and shirts. We apologize for any inconvenience.
